Companies affiliated with Concert Golf Partners will acquire Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club in Palm Harbor for $19.8 million in cash and assumed liabilities. The transaction, detailed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Tuesday, marks the end of nearly two decades of ownership by Salamander Innisbrook.

Salamander will keep approximately 34 acres of the property for future development. The sale encompasses the resort's golf courses, hospitality operations, and associated facilities. The deal is expected to close before the end of the year, adding Innisbrook to a national portfolio of more than 40 private clubs.

Concert Golf Partners, based in Lake Mary, Florida, currently manages properties including Carrollwood Country Club in Tampa. The acquisition brings 63 holes of golf, restaurants, a spa, and more than 65,000 square feet of meeting space under the firm's control. The resort employed 474 people at the end of 2025, though specific plans for staffing and future investment have not been disclosed.

The Copperhead Course has hosted the PGA Tour's Valspar Championship since 2000. An existing agreement keeps the tournament at the resort through 2030, with the next event scheduled for May 2027. Salamander previously sold 54 acres at the site to Toll Brothers in 2023 for $12.5 million in net proceeds to build 122 single-family homes and 52 townhouses.

Innisbrook generated $46.5 million in revenue in 2025, a 1.6% decrease from the prior year. The resort reported a net loss of $2.15 million in 2025, following a $2.01 million loss in 2024. Management attributed the drop in room revenue, which fell 10.6%, largely to reduced lodging and food-and-beverage demand after Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
