Nate Bargatze will release his newest stand-up hour, "Good for Nathan," on Netflix on Nov. 24. The special marks his fourth project with the streamer and continues his trend of deadpan storytelling about modern life. Viewers can expect segments that question fitness tractors, smart stoves, and the convenience of food delivery.
Bargatze filmed the new special in Fort Worth, Texas, under the direction of Ryan Polito. He had previously performed the same set during the Netflix Is a Joke Festival in Los Angeles in May. The production is executive produced by Bargatze alongside Alex Murray, Tim Sarkes, and John Irwin through his company Nateland Entertainment.
The release follows a recent milestone for the Tennessee-born comedian. Bargatze recently broke the Guinness World Record for the most tickets sold for a stand-up comedy tour. He surpassed the previous record held by Jeff Dunham with his Big Dumb Eyes Tour. That tour sold 2,045,040 tickets over a period of about a year and a half.
This achievement has made Bargatze the highest-earning comedian in the world. His clean style appeals to audiences across different generations. Beyond stand-up, he has expanded into hosting and acting roles. He hosted the 2025 Emmy Awards on CBS and currently presents the ABC game show "The Greatest Average American." He also appeared in the 2026 family comedy "The Breadwinner" alongside Mandy Moore, Colin Jost, Will Forte, and Kumail Nanjiani.
Bargatze first gained industry attention when Variety named him one of 10 Comics to Watch in 2015. His previous specials include "Full Time Magic" for Comedy Central in 2015 and "Hello World" for Amazon Prime Video in 2023. His earlier Netflix releases include "The Tennessee Kid" in 2019, "The Greatest Average American" in 2021, and "Your Friend, Nate Bargatze" in 2024.
