Bradley Robert Goldberg, 52, was arrested Monday at the Broward County Courthouse for violating a court order that barred him from contacting an attorney. The man had been prohibited from harassing, following, or interfering with the lawyer, who had previously represented Goldberg’s ex-wife in a battery case against him.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office arrest report, Goldberg approached a security desk with his cellphone pointed directly at the attorney. The lawyer was waiting to speak with a detective when he noticed Goldberg. A deputy informed the attorney that an active injunction for protection against stalking was in place. Deputies directed Goldberg to the third floor to handle his business, but he instead moved to a second-floor area overlooking the security desk and continued recording.

The attorney told investigators he recognized Goldberg from past interactions and had represented the man’s ex-wife, a member of The Florida Bar. During a bond hearing on Tuesday, the court heard that Goldberg had allegedly harassed the lawyer for two years. Allegations included threats, finding the attorney’s home address, and posting claims against him on a YouTube channel.

Deputies confirmed the stalking injunction was served on Sept. 17, 2025. The order required Goldberg to stay away from the attorney’s home and workplace, among other locations. Goldberg was charged with violating the injunction for protection against stalking.

A judge set his bond at $30,000 and ordered Level 2 pretrial supervision. The judge also mandated no contact with the attorney. Goldberg currently holds a separate bond hold in Seminole County.
